What are you going to do:

A fast-paced, collaborative environment of international airports is where you work. For the our key client Coty Inc. – the global powerhouse in fragrances – you will be responsible for the Duty Free sales at the airports Amsterdam, Brussels, Dusseldorf and selected others. This involves frequent travels to the respective „doors“. Administrative tasks you will solve out of your home-office workspace.

  • Sell-out: be the regular contact person for the Duty Free retailers management and for your Key Account Managers. Spot influencing factors and suggest arrangements and actions to positively influence sell-out.
  • Analysis and report: analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and report on status, customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products
  • Beauty Consultants: motivate and lead your team of sales assistants. Select suitable candidates to be added to your BC team.
  • Trainings: attend and organize as well as execute yourself brand trainings and workshops.
  • Merchandising: get the applicable approvals of retailers and monitor merchandising activities on-site. Ensure proper display of the products at the point-of-sale with regards to existing merchandising guidelines established by the brand.
  • Promotions: act as an interface between retailer and hostesses during promotional activities.
