China Internship International Recruiter / Entrepreneur

HRChina recruit is an independent recruitment company which recruit western talent for the Chinese market. We are a start-up and part of a HR company specialized in HR Gamification. Our main office is located in the Netherlands. For our office in Shenzhen we have open internship positions. We are seeking people with an interest in Recruitment and Human Resources and who can strive in an entrepreneurial environment.

Beschrijving

During this internship program you will be trained and
responsible for:

  1. Collect, analyse and report market and customer
    insights.
  2. Set-up a standard recruitment process.
  3. Sourcing candidates, screening CV's and
    scheduling interviews.
  4. Identifying key prospects.
  5. Build relationships whit (potential) customers.
  6. Follow-up with customers and kandidates by
    phone, e-mail, Wechat.

Profile candidate:

  1. Studying People and Business Management or International Business.
  2. Third or fourth year student or just graduated.
  3. Work independently.
  4. Pro-active attitude.
  5. Fluent in Englisch and Mandarin is a preference.
