What are you going to do:
The Artwork Excellence department supports the Personal Care Marketing team with the coordination of Packaging innovation projects. The primary purpose of this position is supporting and coordinating packaging artwork projects from design through to commercially reproducible printed package in a timely manner. The position interfaces with internal teams (such as other Marketing departments, R&D, Supply Chain and Quality) and also external partners (PMA's, design agencies and printers).
Job summary:
- Responsible for one brand artwork projects, across market clusters or countries.
- Support the actions to improve the Artwork management efficiency through project management, process compliance, visibility for KPI's and ways of working within the team.
- Coordinate multiple external vendors, with vendors in most cases being outside of their country/region/time zones.
- Internaction with many departments to manage all projects as per the artwork process.

What we ask:
- You are a Bachelor or Master’s student, preferably in Marketing or Packaging.
- Relevant work experience is a plus.
- Full time availabe for 6 months from March 2018.
- You are fluent in English, fluency in other languages is a plus.
- You have strong communication skills and a good sense for business.
- You have a proactive mentality and are not afraid to take initiative.
