Job Description
And here’s the exciting part - we are looking for an Insider Trainee who is passionate about W, passionate about music, style and innovation. 
It is critical that the Insider Trainee represents the W lifestyle to our guests and customers.  They, like the rest of our ‘talent’ are the soul behind the brand and they bring it to life.

Main responsibilities
As a W Insider Trainee you assist the W Insider who is in charge of VIP Guest relations and Platinum guests (SPG), informing them of all benefits. You research and reach out to these guests in advance, during and after their stay. You try to plan WOW moments and give them an ‘Insider’ experience in the hotel and in Amsterdam
The W Insider Trainee works directly with Concierge, Welcome Desk Team, Director of Rooms, Director of Marketing & In Room Dining. Your role is to bridge all departments on W Happenings. As a W Insider Trainee, you have the role with the W Insider to guide our guests and talent on what’s new/next in Amsterdam. You focus on the W Passion points Music, Fashion & Design!

You manage the Social Media for W Amsterdam with the assistance for our Marketing Manager. This includes Facebook and Twitter posts daily. We focus on W Passion points & internal happenings. 

 
 

Requirements

• HBO Management Internship
• Follow hospitality education
• Fluency in English (& Dutch is advantage)
• Minimum of 5 months

This is an exciting role for a student who is looking for a role where they can establish a new brand and new hotel on the Amsterdam Scene.
