As an intern you will work for four months in the challenging surroundings of Corporate Finance. During the first month you will be working with the analysts of the department for different teams. The last three months you will become part of one of the teams and will go more into depth. You will assist with presentations, valuations and the analysis of companies, business plans, capital markets data and corporate sectors.

Our clients are large corporate companies and private equity firms. They are looking for strategic opportunities and consulting in the field of mergers and acquisitions, public offers, fairness opinions and valuations, IPOs and share issuances.

We are looking for the top scholars. Are you a genuine analyst and good with numbers? Do you have a strong business sense, excellent social skills and plenty of confidence? Do you enjoy working in a team setting and are you in the final phase of your academic career? Then we are looking for you.

Candidates need to fulfil the following requirements:

• - University education (preferably Master students) with excellent grades
• - Relevant extracurricular activities
• - A proven affinity with finance and investment banking
• - Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• - No 9 to 5 mentality
