Intern HR & Recruitment in Amsterdam

THE ROLE:

As Intern HR & Recruitment you will provide support in day-to-day tasks within the HR Department for our HQ in Amsterdam and Paris, and for our stores across Europe (NL, UK, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland and Italy). The HR Department consists of an HR Director, two talent acquisition specialists and two HR Business Partners. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the HR Team with new hire and leaver administration: drafting employment agreements, maintain employee files, creation of official documents and maintaining HR database and files.
• First contact person within the HR department
• Handling internal and external mail and give proper follow up
• Prepare payroll administration
• Assist with recruitment process for HQ and stores
• Support with the Performance & Salary review for HQ
• Dealing with confidential information
• Support in the implementation of change initiatives and HR Projects

SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Need to be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor/Master program during the entire internship period, preferably within Human Resources or (International) Business Management
• Strong experience working with Microsoft Office
• Language: fluent in Dutch and  English. French, Italian and/or German is a plus

• Preferred start internship per 1 February 2020 or start of (Dutch) second semester
