As an intern (m/f) in our Community Management department, you will be tasked with dealing with inquiries from our players, organizing community events and acting as a contact for our external mods and game helpers. The internship is ideal for recent school leavers, as a co-op program or for starting your career. We‘re looking forward to hearing from you! 

Your Job: 

• Be on hand to help and advise our players through different communication channels (forums and chats) 
  
• Get to know our games inside out so you can answer any questions from our player community 
  
• Offer comprehensive customer care in forums, chat rooms and on social media platforms 
  
• Plan and organize in-game events, community actions and real-world meetings 
  
• Work in close cooperation with other departments: Give feedback to our game designers and report bugs to colleagues in the live bug analysis department Your goal: Represent our company in our forums, chat rooms and social media pages and link the company with the community 
  

Your Profile: 

• You have good French and English skills, both written and spoken, German and other languages are an advantage 
  
• You are passionate about (online) games and are an open, friendly character and genuine team player 
  
• You can keep a calm head even in challenging situations 
  
• You can think outside the box to solve problems 
  
• Ideally you already have some experience in customer contact (preferably online, or in the catering, hotels or sales industries)
